Install

Install the beta in three steps.

When a build expires after 90 days, TestFlight offers the newest one; turn on automatic updates in TestFlight to stay current.

  1. Install TestFlight

Get TestFlight from the App Store on your iPhone. TestFlight is Apple’s app for trying iPhone apps before they reach the App Store.

  2. Open the beta link

Open the link from the sign-up on your iPhone, or scan its QR code, then tap Accept and Install. TestFlight installs My Stuff like any other app.

  3. Sign in and scan

Open My Stuff, sign in with Apple or with your email, and photograph the first thing you find.

What to test

Try these five flows with your own things.

The box in the hall closet beats a test item. Note anything that surprised you, slowed you down or priced oddly.

  1. Scan an item with several photos

Photograph one item from a few angles, add a close-up of its label or model plate, and pick one photo from your library (up to 8 in all). Check the name, brand, model and the text My Stuff reads off the item.

  2. Compare the three lookup modes

Re-price the same item with AI only, AI with web search and AI with marketplace search. Compare the ranges, the confidence grades and the comparable listings each one finds. Each re-price counts as one item scan.

  3. Correct the identification and re-price

Choose Edit, change the model or the condition, and check that the old estimate is marked out of date. Then re-price and see whether the range moves the way you expect.

  4. Write a Tori.fi listing and share it

Compose a listing for Tori.fi, try a tone, and read the Finnish title and description. Then choose Share text & photos and check that the photos travel with the text.

  5. Mark it listed, record a sale, keep an item

Mark one item as listed with its link, record a sale for another with the price and date, and keep a third. Check the status filter and the Estimated, Listed and Sold totals.

A screenshot in TestFlight

Take a screenshot while My Stuff is open, tap the preview, and choose Share Beta Feedback. Mark up the screen and say what you expected. TestFlight sends it with your device and app version, and asks to send a report if the app crashes. In the TestFlight app, Send Beta Feedback works too.

An email

For anything longer, write to hello@getmystuffapp.com with your iPhone model, your iOS version and what happened. A person reads every message.

What to expect

The beta is the app, with the same rules.

  • The free plan applies: 10 item scans in total. One scan identifies one item and estimates its resale price, however many photos you add. Re-pricing an item counts as one scan. Writing a listing is free.
  • Prices are estimates, not appraisals: automated guidance from comparable listings and AI analysis, and an item may sell for a different price. Every estimate shows the comparables behind it.
  • My Stuff drafts the listing; you post it on the marketplace yourself.
  • Each TestFlight build expires after 90 days, and the public link closes when My Stuff reaches the App Store.

The beta handles your data as the privacy policy describes. Your address on the beta list is used for the beta link and one email at launch, and removed on request. Questions about the app itself are on the support page.
